Spring Romance - PTU

This tutorial is from my own imagination,
any similarity to any other tag or tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written by LadyAries on August 17th, 2013.

Today I'm using to amazing art of Zlata_M please go HERE to purchase.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2...but any of them should work.
I am using the beautiful scrap kit "Spring Days" by SassiDesigns HERE.
Mask: FionaDevil mask3 - I do not have the link for this at this time.
Be sure to place your mask into your mask folder.
Font of choice, I am using Windy Rain Demo
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 O25 B5 black

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open frame 7 and copy and paste to your image.

Open frame 9 and resize to width of 575 pixels, copy and paste on top of frame 7.

Open element 120 and copy and paste to the bottom of your frame layers.

Open your tube and resize to width of 700 pixels, copy and paste to your tag.
Moving it to the left so that it looks as if it is sitting on the frame.

Open element 94 copy and paste it and then drag to below your frame layers.
Click on Image and then mirror this layer.
Click on your Eraser tool and remove any parts hanging out from under the frames.

Click on your frame 9 layer to highlight it, then go up and click on Layers and add a New Raster Layer. With your Magic wand click inside your frame 9 layer.
Open paper 18 and copy and paste it onto your new raster layer, then click on Selections, Modify and Expand by 8. Now click Selections, Invert and delete on your keyboard.
Go back up to Selections and select none, now drag your paper layer all the way down to the bottom of your layers.

Open element 30 and resize to width of 100 pixels, copy and paste on the left side of your tag just under the tubes hand. Go up to layers and Duplicate your flower 3 times. Now position your 4 flowers along the bottom of the frame to make it look as if she is sitting on a bed of flowers.

When you have your 4 flowers where you want them be sure to add the drop shadow and then go up and click on Layers, Merge and then Merge Down. Do this for all of your flowers until you have one row of them. Now click on Layers, Duplicate then click on Image and Mirror.

Open element 116 and resize to width of 100 pixels. Click on Image and Mirror then copy and paste to your tag, position on the right near the frame layer. Click on Adjust and sharpen if you would like.

Open element 117 resize to width of 35 pixels. Click on Image and Free Rotate to the left 30 and copy and paste to the top right of your frame layers. Add drop shadow and adjust and sharpen if you would like. Click on layers and duplicate two times, arrange as shown.

Click on Layers, New Raster layer and send to the bottom of your tag.
On the left toolbar, click on your Paint can tool and Flood fill this blank raster layer with #98e2f7. Click on layers, Load saved masks, Load mask from disc,
Now apply your mask and then click on layers, merge and merge mask group.

Take you pick tool and stretch your mask layer just a little bit so it shows a little more.

Merge all layers and resize to your liking.
Then make sure you apply the correct artist copyright and license info and save as a PNG, then add your name and merge & save.

I hope you enjoyed this tut. ♥
