About Me

Hi I'm Rita, most of you know me as LadyAries around the forums and the tagging community. Welcome to my blog.
I live in South Carolina and am married to the most wonderful man, my soul mate Wayne. Together we have 4 daughters and 5 wonderful grandchildren. I have been addicted to PSP and tagging for 7 years. I love to bowl, read, scrapbook & watch movies. And I am addicted to Pinterest. Here I will be displaying some of my creations. I hope you enjoy your visit!

Luna Flower - PTU

Woohoo my very first tut.
I do hope everyone can understand it. lol

This tutorial is from my own imagination,
any similarity to any other tag or tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written by LadyAries on August 10th, 2013.

Today I'm using to amazing art of Tony Tzanoukakis please go HERE to purchase.
You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2...but any of them should work.
I am using an awesome scrap kit "Flower Fairy" by SassiDesigns HERE.
Mask: HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 9 HERE.
Be sure to place your mask into your mask folder.
Font of choice: I am using akaDora
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 O25 B5 black

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open frame 13 and resize it to width of 575 pixels, copy and paste to your blank image.

Open frame 13 again and resize it to width of 550 pixels, copy and paste to your image.

Open element 12 and resize to width of 120 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom of your frame layers.

Click on layers and then duplicate flower layer and move copy to the left slightly above the first flower, then drag to below the first one.

Click on layers and then duplicate your left flower and then go to Image and Mirror.
This will give you three nice light pink flowers across the bottom.

Open element 1 and resize to width of 130 pixels, copy and paste to your image move to the left slightly above the first flower, then drag to below it.

Click on layers and then duplicate your left flower and then go to Image and Mirror.

Open your tube and resize to 600 height in pixels, copy and paste to your tag.

Drag below frame layers and then use your eraser tool to remove the excess parts of your tube.

Open paper 23 copy and paste it below your tube. Using the eraser tool to remove all of the excess paper from the outside of your frames.

To give this tag a good solid background within the frame we are going to open paper 23 once more & copy and paste below the last paper layer.

Now apply your mask and then click on layers, merge and merge mask group.
Take you pick tool and stretch your mask layer just a little bit so it shows a little more.

Merge all layers and resize to your liking.
Then make sure you apply the correct artist copyright and license info and save as a PNG, then add your name and merge & save.

I hope you enjoyed this tut. ♥
