Hi I'm Rita, most of you know me as LadyAries around the forums and the tagging community. Welcome to my blog.
I live in South Carolina and am married to the most wonderful man, my soul mate Wayne. Together we have 4 daughters and 5 wonderful grandchildren. I have been addicted to PSP and tagging for 7 years. Purple Wishes - FTU

This tutorial is from my own imagination,
any similarity to any other tag or tutorial is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written by LadyAries on August 29th, 2013.
This tutorial is written for those with knowledge of PSP.
This is a very quick and easy tutorial.

 Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice: I am using the wonderful art work of Myka Jelina, HERE.
 You must obtain a license to use her art.
Font of choice, I am using Marguerite  
FTU Cluster frame by Chilipepper Spiced HERE.
Mask used: WSL 84 HERE.

Ok Lets get Started: 
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*
I am using V3 H3 O25 B5 black
Open frame - Shift D to duplicate - close original.
 Open a new Canvas 600x600
Grab the magic wand and click inside frame.
Selections modify expand by 8
Open a new raster layer and flood fill with color of choice.

Move background under your frame.
Apply a texture or plugin of choice on background.

Copy & paste tube inside frame.
Duplicate frame layer & in the layers palatte move one of them above your tube, then erase portion just above the tubes head so that your tube is showing nicely. Erase all extra parts of your tube that is showing.

Open a new raster layer & send it to the bottom then floodfill with color of choice.
Apply your mask & merge group. Duplicate & mirror and merge the two layers. Duplicate & flip.

Resize to your liking and add the Copyright and your License Number for your tube.
Merge all & save as a PNG. Add your name & save.

Summer Dreamin - PTU


This tutorial is from my own imagination,

This tutorial was written by LadyAries on August 27th, 2013.

You need a license to use this art work. Please do not use without a license.

Supplies Needed
I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2...but any of them should work.
I am using an awesome scrap kit "My Summer Garden" by SassiDesigns HERE.
Mask: FionaDevil mask3 - I do not have the link for this at this time.

 Font of choice, I am using Exposition
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 O25 B5 black

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open frame 2 and resize it to width of 600 pixels, copy and paste to your blank image.

Click on Layers and add a new raster layer. Click on raster 2 on your layer palette which is your frame layer. Now click on your magic wand and then inside of your frame. Then go up and click on Selections, Modify and then Expand by 8 doing this twice.

Click on raster 3 on your layers pallet, Open and copy paper 12 and paste to your image. Move your paper around to give you the background that you want and then you will click on Selections, Invert and then delete on your keyboard. Click Selections and selection none. Now drag your background under your frame layer.

Open your tube and resize to your liking, I did mine to a 520 x 575 pixels.

Open element 51 and resize to width of 200 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom left side of your frame layers. Click on layers and then duplicate flower layer, click on mirror and then move copy to the left side slightly below the first flower.

Open element 7 and resize to width of 150 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom left side centering it in front of your flower layers.

Open element 1 and resize to width of 200 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom right side slightly below your frame layers. Open element 1 and resize to width of 150 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom right side slightly below your frame layers. Open element 1 again and resize to width of 100 pixels, Click on Image and then Mirror, copy and paste to the bottom right side slightly below your frame layers.

Open element 35 and resize to width of 140 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom left side slightly below your frame layers.

Open element 8 and resize to width of 70 pixels, copy and paste to the top of element 35.

Open paper 25 copy and paste and send to the bottom of your layers palette.
Now apply your mask and then click on layers, merge and merge mask group.


 Merge all layers and resize to your liking.
Then make sure you apply the correct artist copyright and license info and save as a PNG, then add your name and merge & save.

Spring Romance - PTU

Supplies Needed
I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2...but any of them should work.
I am using the beautiful scrap kit "Spring Days" by SassiDesigns HERE.
Mask: FionaDevil mask3 - I do not have the link for this at this time.
Be sure to place your mask into your mask folder.
Font of choice, I am using Windy Rain Demo
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 O25 B5 black

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open frame 7 and copy and paste to your image.

Open frame 9 and resize to width of 575 pixels, copy and paste on top of frame 7.

Open element 120 and copy and paste to the bottom of your frame layers.

Open your tube and resize to width of 700 pixels, copy and paste to your tag.
 Moving it to the left so that it looks as if it is sitting on the frame. 

Open element 94 copy and paste it and then drag to below your frame layers.
Click on Image and then mirror this layer.
Click on your Eraser tool and remove any parts hanging out from under the frames.

Click on your frame 9 layer to highlight it, then go up and click on Layers and add a New Raster Layer. With your Magic wand click inside your frame 9 layer. 
Open paper 18 and copy and paste it onto your new raster layer, then click on Selections, Modify and Expand by 8. Now click Selections, Invert and delete on your keyboard.
Go back up to Selections and select none, now drag your paper layer all the way down to the bottom of your layers.

Open element 30 and resize to width of 100 pixels, copy and paste on the left side of your tag just under the tubes hand. Go up to layers and Duplicate your flower 3 times. Now position your 4 flowers along the bottom of the frame to make it look as if she is sitting on a bed of flowers.

When you have your 4 flowers where you want them be sure to add the drop shadow and then go up and click on Layers, Merge and then Merge Down. Do this for all of your flowers until you have one row of them. Now click on Layers, Duplicate then click on Image and Mirror.

Open element 116 and resize to width of 100 pixels. Click on Image and Mirror then copy and paste to your tag, position on the right near the frame layer. Click on Adjust and sharpen if you would like. 

Open element 117 resize to width of 35 pixels. Click on Image and Free Rotate to the left 30 and copy and paste to the top right of your frame layers. Add drop shadow and adjust and sharpen if you would like. Click on layers and duplicate two times, arrange as shown.

Click on Layers, New Raster layer and send to the bottom of your tag. 
On the left toolbar, click on your Paint can tool and Flood fill this blank raster layer with #98e2f7. Click on layers, Load saved masks, Load mask from disc, 
 Now apply your mask and then click on layers, merge and merge mask group.

Take you pick tool and stretch your mask layer just a little bit so it shows a little more.

Merge all layers and resize to your liking.
Then make sure you apply the correct artist copyright and license info and save as a PNG, then add your name and merge & save.

Luna Flower - PTU


Woohoo my very first tut. 
I do hope everyone can understand it. lol

This tutorial is from my own imagination,

Supplies Needed
I'm using Corel Paint Shop Pro X2...but any of them should work.
I am using an awesome scrap kit "Flower Fairy" by SassiDesigns HERE.
Mask: HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 9 HERE.
Be sure to place your mask into your mask folder.
Font of choice: I am using akaDora
Drop Shadow usually V2 H2 O25 B5 black

Let's get started
*Remember to add your drop shadow as you go along*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open frame 13 and resize it to width of 575 pixels, copy and paste to your blank image.

Open frame 13 again and resize it to width of 550 pixels, copy and paste to your image.

Open element 12 and resize to width of 120 pixels, copy and paste to the bottom of your frame layers.

Click on layers and then duplicate flower layer and move copy to the left slightly above the first flower, then drag to below the first one.

Click on layers and then duplicate your left flower and then go to Image and Mirror.
This will give you three nice light pink flowers across the bottom.

Open element 1 and resize to width of 130 pixels, copy and paste to your image move to the left slightly above the first flower, then drag to below it.

Click on layers and then duplicate your left flower and then go to Image and Mirror.

Open your tube and resize to 600 height in pixels, copy and paste to your tag.

Drag below frame layers and then use your eraser tool to remove the excess parts of your tube.

Open paper 23 copy and paste it below your tube. Using the eraser tool to remove all of the excess paper from the outside of your frames.

To give this tag a good solid background within the frame we are going to open paper 23 once more & copy and paste below the last paper layer.

Now apply your mask and then click on layers, merge and merge mask group.
Take you pick tool and stretch your mask layer just a little bit so it shows a little more.

Merge all layers and resize to your liking.
Then make sure you apply the correct artist copyright and license info and save as a PNG, then add your name and merge & save.
